African AIDS Foundation participated in the Annual African Culture Festival at Hyde Park Sydney on Sunday 21 November 2010. Apart from selling some Zulu jewellery we were able to publicise the work of AAF to many people and sign people up for our E- newsletter.

The women in this photo live on less than $2 a day. They undertake work in their communities tending to the sick and dying and supporting orphans in their villages. These food parcels were provided to them by African AIDS Foundation to recognise the valuable contribution they make to their communities. Though they are poor in material terms they have a wealth we do not understand.
